Coping in the Midst of Crisis

Mental Health is significant to our physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and social wellbeing. It informs how we think, feel, act and interact with each other. As individuals, we all cope differently with stress during crisis situations. Therefore, it is critical during this world wide pandemic to develop and practice healthy strategies to manage stress and reduce anxiety.

Join us for a discussion on Coping in the Midst of Crisis facilitated by Kerrian McKay, MSW, LCSW.  Register today!

July 25 (2:00 – 3:30 est)

Table Talk (Women’s Ministry)

This will be an afternoon of informal, candid conversations about hard-hitting topics relevant to women of all ages; letting go, trust, competition, and more! Join us and bring a friend!

Heroes Vacation Bible School

Kids love heroes and this summer, instead of talking about superheroes from comics or movies, this new VBS will teach them about heroes from the bible, Miriam, Samuel and Rhoda were all kids who did little things that made a big difference.
